Who Are We?

My name is Jeroen de Jager. I live in Scheveningen with my wife, our son, and our two dogs. The sea is never far away, which fits well with my love for the outdoors. After working at various recruitment agencies for several years, I have gained extensive experience in connecting people and organizations, and I know how important it is to get the right person in the right place.

In my free time, I enjoy riding my motorcycle or standing with a fishing rod in hand, preferably fishing at sea. Additionally, I am a loyal Sparta Rotterdam supporter and try to attend almost every home game.

My name is Jeroen Visser and I live in Waddinxveen with my wife Yasmijn. Over the past years, I have worked in the finance sector, where I gained extensive professional knowledge and experience. During that time, I also learned how important a good working atmosphere is—a place where people feel comfortable and enjoy working together.

I am a social and engaged person who enjoys collaborating and bringing out the best in others. In my free time, I often go fishing, something that helps me relax and be one with nature.

Together with my business partner Jeroen de Jager, I started FinanceMatchers because we believe that everyone should feel comfortable in their workplace. A good atmosphere, clear communication, and enjoyment in what you do—that's the foundation of good work according to us.
